Your Role as a SENCO

• Lead and develop the school’s SEN provision.
• Support teachers in differentiating lessons and implementing EHCPs.
• Work closely with parents, carers, and external agencies.
• Monitor and assess the progress of SEN students and adjust interventions accordingly.

Who We’re Looking For

• A qualified SENCO with the NASENCO award (or working towards it).
• Strong leadership skills and experience in SEN education.
• Passionate about inclusion and student support.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
