About the Food Technology Teacher Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Food Technology Teacher to join our dynamic Creative Arts department. You will teach Food Technology at A Level, guiding students through practical, innovative, and theory-based lessons.

Responsibilities of the Food Technology Teacher:

• Plan and deliver engaging and practical Food Technology lessons.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Contribute to the development of the Food Technology curriculum.
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Participate in both departmental and school-wide activities.

Food Technology Teacher Qualifications and Experience:

• A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS).
• A degree in Food Technology or a related field.
• Experience teaching Food Technology at the secondary school level.
• Knowledge of the UK curriculum and A Level specifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
