• Provide strategic leadership and vision for the Science department, ensuring a high-quality curriculum and exceptional teaching standards across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.

• Oversee the delivery of engaging and challenging Science lessons across Key Stages 3-5, promoting scientific inquiry, critical thinking, and a love of science.
