Recruiter

Hireroo Ltd is a specialized recruitment agency dedicated to delivering high-quality talent solutions, particularly within the iGaming, FX, and Fintech industries. We are expanding our team and seeking a Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, while ensuring client satisfaction and meeting recruitment targets.

Location: Hybrid / Malta

Responsibilities:

As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in the success of Hireroo Ltd by identifying and placing top talent for our clients. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring smooth onboarding. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates will be crucial to excelling in this role.

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles, ensuring a seamless hiring process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, provide regular updates, and deliver top-quality candidates.
• Develop a pipeline of qualified candidates across different industries, with a focus on iGaming, Forex, and Fintech.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to ensure targets are met and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Ensure all recruitment processes align with relevant employment regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Fluency in English and at least one non-EU language.
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally within the iGaming, Forex, or Fintech industries.
• Proven ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), particularly Teamtailor.
