A wonderful SEN school in Wandsworth is looking for a passionate and dedicated KS3 Teacher to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive and inclusive environment, teaching students with a range of special educational needs, including autism (ASC), speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges.

Role Highlights:

• Full-time, permanent position at a wonderful SEN school in Wandsworth
• Teach a broad and engaging KS3 curriculum tailored to the needs of students with SEN
• Plan and deliver differentiated lessons that encourage confidence, independence, and academic progress
• Work closely with SEN specialists, teaching assistants, and therapists to provide a holistic learning experience
• Foster a nurturing and structured classroom environment that supports each student’s individual learning journey
• Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs

Experience & Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching KS3 students, preferably within an SEN setting
• Strong understanding of SEN teaching strategies, behaviour management, and inclusive practices
• A patient, adaptable, and compassionate approach to supporting students with additional needs
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Enhanced DBS check required
