A nurturing and inclusive primary school in Ealing is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support children in their learning journey, providing tailored assistance to ensure every student thrives academically, socially, and emotionally.
Role Highlights:
- Full-time, permanent position at a welcoming primary school in Ealing
- Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with additional learning needs
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
- Help implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and track student progress
- Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment
- Support children with social and emotional development, promoting confidence and independence
- Work closely with teachers, SEN staff, and parents to provide a holistic approach to student support
Experience & Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an LSA, Teaching Assistant, or similar role is desirable
- A passion for supporting children’s learning and well-being
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach to working with students
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Enhanced DBS check required
