The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have QTS and experience teaching Year 1
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of the Year 1 curriculum and early childhood development
• Have the ability to differentiate lessons and meet the varied learning needs of all children
• Be passionate about creating a nurturing, engaging, and well-structured classroom environment
• Be able to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider community
