Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and thought-provoking psychology lessons to KS4 and KS5 students.
• Develop and implement a curriculum that promotes critical thinking and the application of psychological concepts to real-world situations.
• Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and independent thought.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to departmental development.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A degree in Psychology or a related field.
• A teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
• Proven experience teaching psychology at secondary school level is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of psychological theory and its practical application.
