We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Business Teacher to inspire students and nurture the next generation of business leaders. In this role, you will be shaping young minds, delivering engaging lessons, and helping students make real-world connections to business theory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and inspiring business lessons to KS4 and KS5 students.
• Develop and implement a curriculum that aligns with national standards and encourages critical thinking.
• Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
• Foster an inclusive, positive classroom environment that encourages active participation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching practices and contribute to departmental goals.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A degree in Business, Business Education, or a related field.
• A teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
• Proven experience teaching business at secondary school level is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of business theory and practical application in real-world settings.
