Key Responsibilities:

• Teach engaging and thought-provoking psychology lessons to KS4 and KS5 students.
• Develop and implement a curriculum that promotes critical thinking and real-world applications of psychological principles.
• Assess and monitor student progress through regular feedback and evaluations.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and independent thought.
• Work closely with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and contribute to departmental goals.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A degree in Psychology or a related field.
• A teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
• Experience teaching psychology at secondary school level is preferred.
• Strong understanding of psychological theory and its application to real-world situations.
