Year 3 Teacher Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of Year 3 students.

  • Assess and track student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and targeted support where needed.
  • Foster creativity and critical thinking through cross-curricular lessons that make learning engaging and relevant.

Year 3 Teacher Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Previous experience teaching in Key Stage 2, particularly Year 3.
  • Passionate about creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports student growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Committed to continuous professional development and high standards of teaching.
