🎓 Your Responsibilities

✔️ Plan and deliver engaging, play-based lessons in line with the EYFS framework.
✔️ Foster a stimulating, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
✔️ Monitor and assess children’s progress, using observations to inform planning.
✔️ Work collaboratively with colleagues to create an exciting Early Years curriculum.
✔️ Maintain strong communication with parents and carers.
✔️ Take part in school meetings, training, and events.

✅ What We’re Looking For

🔹 QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant degree in Education.
🔹 Experience in Early Years education, particularly Reception.
🔹 Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and best practices.
🔹 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
🔹 A team player with a passion for inspiring young learners.
