Your role:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Year 4 students, focused on building academic and social skills.
• Lead a team of Key Stage 2 teachers in the development of the Year 4 phase, supporting the team to achieve outstanding results.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to continuously improve teaching practices and student outcomes.

What we need from you:

• QTS
• Experience teaching in Key Stage 2
• Leadership experience or a strong desire to step into a leadership role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
