📚 Your Responsibilities

✔️ Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum.
✔️ Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel valued.
✔️ Monitor and assess students’ progress, using data to inform planning and interventions.
✔️ Inspire a love of learning through creative and differentiated teaching strategies.
✔️ Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the Year 3 curriculum.

✔️ Take part in school meetings, professional development, and extracurricular activities.

✅ What We’re Looking For

🔹 QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant degree in Education.
🔹 Experience teaching in KS2, preferably Year 3.
🔹 A passion for creating engaging and inspiring lessons.
🔹 Strong classroom management and behaviour strategies.
🔹 Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
🔹 A commitment to continuous professional development.
