Contract: Full-time, Fixed Term (April 2025 - July 2025, with the possibility of extension)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 5 Teacher to join our Outstanding school from 21st April 2025 until July 2025, with the potential for the role to be extended. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of Key Stage 2 students, in a school that is committed to providing high-quality education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and challenging lessons that align with the national curriculum for Year 5.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where students can thrive academically and socially.
• Assess and track student progress, providing targeted support and intervention to help pupils achieve their potential.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices, ensuring a high standard of teaching across the school.
• Work closely with parents and the wider school community to support the academic and personal growth of each child.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching Key Stage 2, with a preference for Year 5 experience.
• A passion for delivering engaging and inclusive lessons that cater to diverse learning needs.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• A commitment to nurturing the potential of every student, helping them to achieve their best.
