About the Role:

• Teach Drama across Key Stages 3 and 4
  • Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons.
    
  • Utilize a range of drama techniques and activities.
    
  • Direct and produce school productions.
    
  • Assess student progress, set targets, and provide constructive feedback.
    
  • Contribute to the department's curriculum development.
    
  • Foster a love of drama in students.
    
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues.
    
  • Participate in professional development opportunities.
    
  Ideal Candidate:
  
  • Holds QTS or equivalent.
    
  • Possesses excellent subject knowledge in Drama.
    
  • Demonstrates a passion for teaching Drama.
    
  • Has strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
    
  • Is confident in building rapport with students and fostering a positive learning environment.
