Your Role as a Reception Teacher

As our new Reception Teacher, you will:
✅ Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons that align with the EYFS curriculum.
✅ Create a welcoming and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and independent learning.
✅ Monitor and assess student progress, ensuring all children receive the support they need to thrive.
✅ Foster strong relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues to support children's holistic development.
✅ Encourage a love of learning through play-based and structured activities.
✅ Work closely with the EYFS team to contribute to the school's vision and values.

What We’re Looking For

✔ A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent).
✔ Experience teaching in the EYFS, ideally in a Reception setting.
✔ A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
✔ A passion for early childhood education and a nurturing approach to teaching.
✔ Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
✔ A commitment to creating an inclusive learning environment that supports all children.
