About the Role:

• Teach Business Studies across Key Stages 4 and 5, with the possibility of teaching at Key Stage 3 depending on experience and interest.
• Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons.
• Utilize a range of teaching methods and resources, including case studies, simulations, and guest speakers.
• Assess student progress, set targets, and provide constructive feedback.
• Contribute to the department's curriculum development and resource creation.
• Foster a love of Business Studies in students.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues.
• Participate in professional development opportunities.

Ideal Candidate:

• Holds QTS or equivalent.
• Possesses excellent subject knowledge in Business Studies.
• Demonstrates a passion for teaching Business Studies.
• Has strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
• Is confident in building rapport with students and fostering a positive learning environment.
