We are seeking a passionate Food Technology Teacher to join our outstanding secondary school in Sutton Coldfield starting in September. As a Food Technology Teacher, you will deliver hands-on lessons that allow students to explore the fascinating world of food science and practical cooking skills.

As a Food Technology Teacher, you will:

• Teach Food Technology to Key Stage 3 and 4 students.
• Plan and deliver practical lessons, including cooking demonstrations and food science experiments.
• Provide feedback on students’ Food Technology work, helping them improve their skills and knowledge.
• Develop the Food Technology curriculum in collaboration with the department.

The ideal Food Technology Teacher will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification.
• Have a strong knowledge of Food Technology and a passion for teaching it.
• Have experience teaching Food Technology at the secondary level.
• Be able to incorporate technology into Food Technology lessons effectively.
