Your Role as a Year 4 Teacher

As our new Year 4 Teacher, you will:
✅ Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons that develop key skills across the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
✅ Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel supported and encouraged.
✅ Develop strong literacy and numeracy skills, helping students build independence and confidence in their learning.
✅ Monitor and assess student progress, providing targeted support to ensure all children achieve their full potential.
✅ Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues to support each child’s educational journey.
✅ Work collaboratively with the KS2 team to enhance teaching and learning across the year group.

What We’re Looking For

✔ A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent).
✔ Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally in a Year 4 setting.
✔ A strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and strategies to support progression.
✔ A creative and engaging teaching style that excites and motivates young learners.
✔ Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to collaborate.
✔ A commitment to creating an inclusive and high-achieving learning environment.
