We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our thriving Sociology department on a part-time basis in a secondary school in Ealing.

About the Role:
- Teach Sociology at Key Stage 4, with the possibility of teaching at Key Stage 5 or contributing to PSHE lessons depending on experience and interest.
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons.
- Utilize a range of teaching methods and resources, including discussions, debates, case studies, and documentaries.
- Assess student progress, set targets, and provide constructive feedback.
- Contribute to the department's curriculum development.
- Foster a love of Sociology in students.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues.
- Participate in professional development opportunities.
Ideal Candidate:
- Holds QTS or equivalent.
- Possesses excellent subject knowledge in Sociology.
- Demonstrates a passion for teaching Sociology.
- Has strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Is confident in building rapport with students and fostering a positive learning environment.
