Year 1 Teacher Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver lessons that support Year 1 students’ development.
• Create a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing feedback to support their learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share ideas and improve teaching practices.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress.

Year 1 Teacher Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status.
• Experience teaching in a primary school, ideally in KS1 or Early Years.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Passion for inspiring young learners.
