The Role

• Lead the Business department, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning across KS4 and KS5.
• Develop and implement a forward-thinking curriculum that reflects the latest industry trends and business concepts.
• Support and mentor staff to drive continuous improvement and professional development.
• Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to contribute to the school’s strategic direction and whole-school initiatives.
• Monitor student progress, implementing strategies to enhance attainment and engagement in Business education.

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in Business or a related field, along with PGCE/QTS.
• Proven experience teaching Business at KS4 and KS5, with a strong track record of success.
• Leadership experience or a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.
• A passion for Business education and the ability to engage students in real-world learning.

Salary

The salary will be paid to scale (MPS/UPS + TLR/SLT pay scale) based on experience and qualifications.
