We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Business Teacher to join our vibrant school community in Tamworth. The successful candidate will be committed to teaching Business Studies at KS4 and KS5, helping students develop the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in this essential subject.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging business lessons to KS4 and KS5 students, promoting real-world applications of business principles.
• Develop a curriculum that challenges students to think critically and apply their learning in real-life scenarios.
• Provide ongoing assessment and feedback to ensure students' academic growth.
• Create a positive and motivating classroom environment that encourages participation and independent thought.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to department goals.
• Communicate with parents to update them on student progress.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A degree in Business, Business Education, or a related field.
• A teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
• Experience teaching Business at KS4 and KS5 level.
