Your Role as a SENCO:
🔹 Lead and manage the provision for students with special educational needs across the school.
🔹 Work closely with teaching staff to create personalized learning plans and strategies.
🔹 Oversee the implementation of interventions to support students’ academic and social development.
🔹 Provide guidance and support to teachers and other professionals to ensure effective SEN delivery.
🔹 Monitor and track students' progress, ensuring their needs are being met effectively.

Who We’re Looking For:
✅ Qualified teacher with SENCO qualification (or working towards).
✅ Proven experience in leading and managing SEN provision in a school.
✅ A commitment to inclusion and supporting all students to achieve their potential.
✅ Excellent leadership and communication skills.
✅ Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
