Year 3 Teacher Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the needs of Year 3 students.
• Implement effective teaching strategies to inspire and support students in their learning.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and setting clear targets for development.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes mutual respect and enthusiasm for learning.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and enhance curriculum delivery.
• Maintain strong communication with parents and guardians, keeping them informed of their child's progress and addressing any concerns.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school activities as required.

Year 3 Teacher Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in KS2, particularly in Year 3.
• Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective assessment methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of learners.
• A team-oriented approach and commitment to fostering a collaborative environment.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
