Year 3 Teacher Responsibilities

Year 3 Teacher Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching in KS2, particularly in Year 3.
  • Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective assessment methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of learners.
  • A team-oriented approach and commitment to fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.
