Year 3 Teacher Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that encourages a love for learning.
• Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and setting clear learning goals.
• Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and independent learning.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure every child thrives.
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and school activities to contribute to the wider school community.

Year 3 Teacher Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Previous experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (preferably Year 3 or similar year group).
• Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective assessment strategies.
• Passion for creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A team player with a positive and flexible approach.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and best teaching practices.
