Your Role as an SEN Teacher:

• Deliver tailored lessons that meet the needs of students with SEND, including Autism, ADHD, and Speech & Language needs.
• Work closely with support staff, therapists, and SENCOs to create personalized learning plans.
• Foster a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Use a range of teaching strategies, including sensory learning, communication aids, and assistive technology.
• Engage with parents, carers, and external agencies to support student progress.

Who We’re Looking For:

• A qualified SEN Teacher with experience in special education settings.
• Strong understanding of SEND strategies and individual learning needs.
• Patience, empathy, and a commitment to inclusive education.
• An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
