Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and stimulating EYFS activities to support children’s development.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and the wider team.
• Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where all children feel valued.
• Monitor and assess children’s progress and provide feedback to parents.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the setting.

Requirements:

• A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• Proven experience in an EYFS role.
• A clear understanding of the EYFS curriculum and how to deliver it effectively.
• Ability to work well within a team and independently.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for early childhood education.
