Your Role as an SEN Teacher:
✔ Work with students with a range of SEN, delivering personalized and tailored lessons to meet their individual needs.
✔ Collaborate with colleagues to ensure students receive appropriate support.
✔ Develop strategies and interventions to help students make progress in both academic and social aspects.
✔ Assess and track students’ progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
✔ Provide emotional and pastoral support to help students succeed.

Who We’re Looking For:
✔ Qualified SEN Teacher (QTS or equivalent).
✔ Passion for helping students with SEN reach their full potential.
✔ Strong communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.
✔ Experience working with students with additional needs is desirable.
✔ Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
