Responsibilities:

• Lead Year 3 students through an exciting and engaging curriculum.
• Encourage independent learning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Build strong relationships with students and their families to ensure effective communication and support.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching practices and create an inclusive learning environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• QTS and experience teaching Key Stage 2, especially Year 3.
• A creative, dynamic teaching style that encourages active learning.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a supportive learning environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff.
