Your Role as an SEN Teacher:
✔ Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to students with a range of additional learning needs, including autism, dyslexia, and ADHD.
✔ Implement effective teaching strategies and interventions.
✔ Collaborate closely with the SENCO, teaching assistants, and other professionals to create personalised learning plans.
✔ Monitor and track student progress to ensure they receive the necessary support.
✔ Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and respected.

Who We’re Looking For:
✔ Qualified SEN Teacher (QTS or equivalent).
✔ Experience working with students with additional learning needs in a school setting.
✔ Strong knowledge of SEN strategies and interventions.
✔ Compassionate, patient, and proactive approach to teaching.
✔ Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
