Your Role as an EYFS/KS1 Teacher

✅ Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons that inspire young learners.
✅ Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where children feel safe and valued.
✅ Support the development of early reading, writing, and numeracy skills through engaging teaching strategies.
✅ Foster curiosity and independence through play-based and structured learning activities.
✅ Monitor and assess student progress, providing tailored support to meet individual needs.
✅ Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues to support children's development.
✅ Work collaboratively with the EYFS and KS1 teams to enhance teaching and learning across the school.

What We’re Looking For

✔ A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent).
✔ Experience teaching in EYFS or Key Stage 1.
✔ A strong understanding of child development, phonics, and early learning strategies.
✔ A creative and engaging approach to teaching that motivates young learners.
✔ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
✔ A commitment to creating an inclusive and high-quality learning environment.
