What will be your responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to international, national, and local customs regulations;
  • Prepare and review all necessary documentation for import/export activities, including bills of lading, invoices, and certificates of origin, export licenses;
  • Liaise with customs brokers, government agencies, and regulatory bodies to resolve issues and ensure timely clearance;
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor transportation of goods to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery;
  • Collaborate with freight forwarders, carriers, and third-party logistics providers;
  • Optimize routes and transportation methods, balancing cost, speed, and reliability;
  • Track shipments and resolve issues related to delays, damages, or lost goods;
  • Analyse transportation and customs data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement;
  • Prepare reports on costs, delivery timelines, and customs compliance metrics;
  • Develop and implement KPIs to monitor and improve performance;

Profile and requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business;Administration, International Relations, or related field;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customs compliance, international trade, or transportation management;
  • Irreproachable fluency English, oral and written. 
  • Communication with public entities on a daily basis;
  • Certifications or additional courses in logistics or supply chain management will be considered an advantage;
  • Strong understanding of customs regulations and transportation principles
  • Analytical mindset with advanced skills in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI);
  • Excellent communication, negotiation skills and ability to work in a team;
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines;
