Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver inspiring and challenging maths lessons to students at KS3, KS4, and KS5.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that encourages problem-solving, critical thinking, and a deep understanding of mathematical concepts.
• Assess and evaluate student progress through both formative and summative assessments.
• Provide constructive feedback to students, helping them develop strong mathematical skills and confidence.
• Foster a classroom environment where students feel motivated, challenged, and supported.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the successful delivery of the mathematics curriculum.
• Maintain open communication with parents and guardians, keeping them informed of student progress and key developments.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A degree in Mathematics or a related field.
• A teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
• Proven experience teaching maths at KS3, KS4, and KS5 is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of mathematics theory and practice, with the ability to teach a range of topics across different age groups.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for inspiring students to reach their full potential.
• Ability to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students.
