Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and insightful business lessons to students at KS4 and KS5.
• Develop and implement a dynamic curriculum that fosters critical thinking, business acumen, and real-world applications.
• Assess and monitor student progress through both formative and summative assessments.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to help students achieve their full potential.
• Encourage a passion for business, entrepreneurship, and the economic landscape in students.
• Foster an inclusive classroom environment that supports independent thought and collaboration.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to teaching and learning.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians, keeping them informed of student progress and achievements.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A degree in Business, Business Education, or a related field.
• A teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
• Proven experience teaching business studies at KS4 and KS5.
• Strong knowledge of business concepts, theories, and practices.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and inspire students.
• Ability to create a supportive learning environment where students can thrive.
