Are you a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher looking to make a meaningful impact in a nurturing and inclusive school? We are seeking a dedicated full-time SEN Teacher to join our outstanding SEN provision in Hillingdon from September 2025.

Our school provides a welcoming and well-resourced environment for children with a range of additional needs, including autism (ASC), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and complex learning needs.

Your Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver differentiated, engaging lessons for pupils with additional needs.
• Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and external specialists to implement EHCPs.
• Use a range of communication methods (e.g., Makaton, PECS, AAC) to support non-verbal students.
• Monitor progress, well-being, and personal development of students with SEND.
• Foster a nurturing and safe learning environment that promotes confidence and independence.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in SEND or inclusion settings.
• A strong understanding of SEN best practices and EHCP implementation.
• Patience, adaptability, and a passion for inclusive education.
• Experience working with children with autism, complex needs, or speech & language difficulties is highly desirable.
