A good OFSTED-rated primary school in Hillingdon is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team immediately on a full-time basis until July. The Role:

• Full-time Teaching Assistant role, providing support across different year groups and assisting with classroom management.
• Working closely with the class teacher to support students' learning, including delivering interventions for children who may need additional support.
• Helping to create an engaging and stimulating learning environment that encourages student participation and progress.
• Supporting children with a range of learning needs to ensure they achieve their full potential.
• Assisting in general classroom duties and providing help with resources, displays, and maintaining a positive atmosphere.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is preferred, particularly in a primary school setting.
• Passionate about working with children and supporting their academic and personal development.
• Ability to work effectively with children of all abilities, including those with additional learning needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a team.
• A proactive, enthusiastic approach to supporting learning and engaging children in their educational journey.
