We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join our thriving primary school in Harrow, North West London, as soon as possible. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm position, offering the opportunity to secure a permanent role after the initial period. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that cater to the needs of all Year 3 students.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing effective feedback and support to foster development.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and growth.
• Collaborate with the Year 3 team and other staff members to ensure the best outcomes for students.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to support each child's learning journey.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably within Key Stage 2 (desirable).
• Strong knowledge of the Year 3 curriculum and assessment strategies.
• Excellent classroom management skills and a proactive approach to teaching.
