Your Role Will Involve:

• Planning and delivering high-quality, challenging Business and Economics lessons.
• Meeting the individual needs of all students through differentiated instruction, including extension and enrichment activities.
• Regularly assessing student progress and providing detailed and personalized feedback.
• Maintaining accurate records.
• Creating a positive, stimulating, and intellectually rigorous learning environment.
• Working and collaborating with colleagues and contributing to departmental initiatives.
• Contributing to curriculum development within the department.
• Liaising with parents/guardians, maintaining strong communication.
• Always Ensuring student safety and well-being, and promoting the school's ethos. The Business and Economics Teacher will take ownership of these duties
