Your Role as an SEN Teacher:
✔ Deliver tailored lessons to students with a variety of additional learning needs, including ASD, dyslexia, and ADHD.
✔ Provide individual support, helping students achieve their full potential.
✔ Work with the SENCO and other staff to develop personalized learning plans.
✔ Track and monitor student progress to ensure appropriate interventions.
✔ Create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment where students feel valued.

Who We’re Looking For:
✔ A qualified SEN Teacher (QTS or equivalent).
✔ Experience working with students with a range of special educational needs.
✔ Strong knowledge of SEN strategies and interventions.
✔ Patience, empathy, and dedication to helping students succeed.
✔ Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
