Your Role as SENCO:
✔ Lead the SEND provision, developing strategies to support students with additional learning needs.
✔ Work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure the school’s SEN strategy is implemented effectively.
✔ Develop and monitor individual learning plans for students with SEND.
✔ Provide support and guidance to teaching staff on best practices for supporting students with additional needs.
✔ Ensure that all students have access to a quality education that meets their needs.

Who We’re Looking For:
✔ A qualified teacher with experience in leading SEND provision (QTS or equivalent).
✔ Strong leadership and organizational skills.
✔ Excellent knowledge of SEND legislation and best practices.
✔ Passion for inclusion and supporting students with additional learning needs.
✔ Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
