Your Role as an SEN Teacher:
✔ Deliver tailored lessons for students with a range of learning needs, including ASD, dyslexia, and ADHD.
✔ Provide focused, one-to-one support and small group interventions.
✔ Collaborate with the SENCO and other professionals to implement personalized learning plans.
✔ Monitor and assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies to ensure success.
✔ Promote an inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and respected.

Who We’re Looking For:
✔ A qualified SEN Teacher (QTS or equivalent).
✔ Experience working with students with additional learning needs.
✔ Knowledge of SEN strategies, interventions, and assessments.
✔ A compassionate, patient, and proactive approach to teaching.
✔ Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
