Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of LKS2 students, helping them build a solid foundation for future learning.
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, curiosity, and a love for learning.
• Regularly assess and track student progress, offering feedback and setting goals to drive improvement.
• Use a range of teaching strategies to ensure all children are supported and challenged at the appropriate level.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and deliver a cohesive, engaging curriculum.
• Maintain strong communication with parents and guardians, keeping them informed of progress and addressing any concerns.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching LKS2 , particularly in Year 3 or similar primary experience.
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective assessment techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to creating an inclusive, engaging classroom and supporting the development of all learners.
• Passionate about teaching and developing young minds, with the ability to motivate and inspire students.
