An outstanding and inclusive secondary school in Oxford is seeking an experienced and visionary SENCo (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) to lead their SEND provision. Your Role as SENCo:
✔ Lead and manage the SEND provision, ensuring all students with SEN are supported to achieve their full potential.
✔ Work with teachers and staff to implement effective teaching strategies for students with additional needs.
✔ Monitor the progress of students with SEN and adjust learning plans as needed.
✔ Ensure compliance with the SEND Code of Practice and liaise with external agencies when necessary.
✔ Provide advice, support, and training to staff on best practices in teaching students with SEN.

Who We’re Looking For:
✔ A qualified teacher with experience in Special Educational Needs.
✔ Hold or be working towards the National SENCo Award.
✔ Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
✔ Experience of managing and developing a team.
✔ Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
