SEN Teacher – Inclusive SEN School in Hillingdon

We are looking for a dedicated SEN Teacher to join an outstanding SEN school in Hillingdon on a part-time, fixed-term basis starting in March 2025. Your Role:

🔹 Deliver engaging, individualised lessons to small groups of students with complex needs
🔹 Implement EHCPs and monitor progress closely
🔹 Use adaptive teaching strategies to meet a diverse range of learning needs
🔹 Encourage social and emotional development through structured support and interventions
🔹 Work collaboratively with parents, carers, and professionals to create the best outcomes for students

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ QTS (or equivalent teaching qualification) with SEN experience
✔️ A positive, patient, and resilient attitude
✔️ Experience with ASD, ADHD, or PMLD
✔️ Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with support staff
✔️ Knowledge of alternative communication methods (e.g., Makaton, PECS) is a plus!
