Your Role as SENCO:
✔ Lead and manage the provision for students with SEN across the school.
✔ Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
✔ Support and guide teaching staff in providing effective SEN support.
✔ Monitor student progress and coordinate interventions.
✔ Work with external agencies to support students' needs.

Who We’re Looking For:
✔ A qualified SENCO with experience in SEN leadership.
✔ Strong knowledge of SEN legislation and best practices.
✔ Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team of staff.
✔ Excellent organizational and communication skills.
✔ Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
