Your Role as a Year 3 Teacher

As our new Year 3 Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that inspire and challenge our students.
• Foster a dynamic classroom environment that promotes active participation and a love for learning.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and tailored support to help each child achieve their best.
• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, creating a sense of community and collaboration.
• Contribute to school-wide initiatives and events, enhancing the overall learning experience for our Year 3 students.

What We’re Looking For

• A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in Year 3, with a passion for primary education.
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective assessment strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
• A commitment to creating an inclusive learning environment that supports the diverse needs of all students.
