Your Role as an EYFS Teacher

As our new EYFS Teacher, you will:

• Design and implement engaging, child-centered lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our nursery and reception students.
• Foster a nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and social interaction.
• Monitor and assess children’s progress, providing meaningful feedback to support their developmental journey.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive community.
• Collaborate with other staff members to plan and deliver exciting learning experiences, including special events and initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in the EYFS, with a passion for early childhood education.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and effective assessment practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire young learners.
• A commitment to creating an inclusive and nurturing learning environment that celebrates diversity.
