Your Role in Our Team

As our new KS1 Teacher, you will:

• Design and deliver engaging, interactive lessons that inspire and motivate young learners.
• Create a warm and nurturing classroom atmosphere that encourages exploration and self-expression.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing tailored feedback to support their development.
• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, fostering a sense of community.
• Contribute to our school’s ethos by participating in events, initiatives, and collaborative projects.

What We’re Looking For

• A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in Key Stage 1, with a passion for engaging young children in their learning journey.
• A solid understanding of the National Curriculum and effective assessment strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• A commitment to inclusivity and a desire to make a positive impact in the lives of our students.
